The region operates within the fraternal bylaws and policies as well as a local policy manual. Any fraternity member currently affiliated with Region D may propose amendments to this policy manual by submitting proposals to the regional chair at least 15 days before the business meeting at which they will be discussed. The regional chair will review the proposals, forward them to any committees or officers affected, and forward them to chapters in the region. Amendments are passed via a simple majority of the voting delegates present and voting at the regional business meeting.
